Wow.

This highly addictive site features almost 50,000 quizzes on over 7,000 topics, from the "Jessie's Song" episode of Saved By The Bell to subatomic physics. The quizzes are created by other site visitors and edited by volunteers, which explains the variety. What makes it so addictive is the rankings; there are over 475,000 players, and every time you complete a quiz, you are told where you fall in the group. At the time of this writing, I was ranked #142,439 and only needed ten points to catch up to the next highest player, an Australian named kris62.

Unfortunately, although there is such great variety, there can be a lot of repetition within a given topic. For example, I took four quizzes on the Michael J. Fox classic Back to the Future; all but one had a question asking the exact time lightning struck the clock tower.

In general, this site is a great way to thoroughly waste several hours of your time. And kris62, if you're reading this: you're going down!
